Arkanyst Evaluators are members of the Leagues of Votann's science guilds, who are responsible for testing new weapon technologies.

The Arkanysts are tinkerers and experimenters, among the madder members of the Science Guild, who bring experimental weaponry to the field. Their transmatter inverters have three increasingly dangerous modes of fire – both to the foe and the firer – but when they work, they work. The kit comes with two head options: bare and helmeted.
